We're short on space in our Dubai warehouse so the nesting crates we've got make sense when they're empty, but when they're full they don't stack properly and we end up with wobbly piles that nobody wants to go near. I've been reading up on stacking vs nesting crate designs, Dubai operations being as space constrained as they are, but I'm still not clear on whether you can get a crate that does both well or if you have to pick one. Has anyone here found a design that nests when empty and stacks securely when full? And did you end up just accepting the wasted floor space of stacking crates because the safety was worth it? I'd rather sort this before someone gets hurt than after.
