Three weeks ago I bought a 2017 Infiniti QX60 with about 92,000 km, and the dealer who sold it gave me a smooth talk about how reliable these cars are. Now I want to know what it will really cost me to keep it healthy. My last car was a basic sedan, so I never thought much about service costs, and I am worried that a luxury badge means luxury bills. My brother says a brand like this always costs double at the dealer, so I should find an independent workshop from day one. My neighbor says that is risky, because cheap work on a car like this can end up costing more when something is done wrong. A friend at work told me his yearly total was far lower than he feared, because he kept up with oil changes, filters and brake checks and never let small things grow. Another colleague said the real surprise bills come from skipped fluids, like gearbox oil and coolant, so the service schedule matters more than the workshop name. I read a page on last night to get a rough idea of what common jobs cost, and it covered typical service items and why prices differ, which gave me a starting point for my budget. Since then I have been trying to find Affordable Infiniti maintenance costs in Abu Dhabi explained in plain numbers, because most of what I find online is vague. My questions are easy. What do you spend in a normal year on oil, filters, brakes and fluids for a car like this? Is a mid-range independent shop really cheaper than the dealer for the same service? Which jobs can wait, and which ones should never be skipped? And did anyone here set a monthly amount aside so big bills do not hurt? Please share your real numbers. Thanks for reading.
